With Christian Sheaffer leading the way the Southern Virginia University program notched wins over four-ranked opponents last week, pushing their season record to 18-0. With that effort, Sheaffer picks up his fourth CVC Player of the Week award this season and second in a row.
Sheaffer, a junior outside hitter, led the Knights with 53 total kills in the four matches. He averaged 4.42 kills per set, hitting .389 on the week. He also recorded 14 digs and nine blocks, averaging 5.0 points per set. Sheaffer had a high of 22 kills against #13 Nazareth and reached double-digit kills in all four matches on the week.
