While the top of this week's NVA/AVCA Men's Division III Coaches Poll looks different, there wasn't much change among the ranked teams from the Continental Volleyball Conference with three of the four teams holding their spots from last week.
Like last week, Southern Virginia University comes in at #7 on the poll. The Knights received 190 total points this week and are 11-2 on the season. They will face Liberty and Randolph-Macon this week.
Rutgers University-Newark remained at #8 with 177 points. The Scarlet Raiders are 13-2 overall and face Arcadia on Tuesday night before playing three matches on Saturday.
Following suit is Marymount University, holding strong at #9 on the poll. The Saints are 16-2 and are in California for its spring break trip where they will play five matches this week.
The only change was with Juniata College, which dropped two spots to #12 this week. The Eagles are 17-4 overall and will face #14 Stevenson on Wednesday and Hiram in a doubleheader on Saturday.
The top of the meanwhile finds Dominican taking over the new #1 ranking with 291 points, edging out previously top-ranked Springfield by two points. Carthage jumped three spots to #3 on the poll and is followed by Vassar and North Central.
