Rutgers University-Newark moved up two spots in the latest NVA/AVCA Men's Division III Coaches Poll and remains the highest-ranking team from the Continental Volleyball Conference. The Scarlet Raiders are now ranked #5 in the poll with 225 points. They are 20-3 this year and will be the top seed in the upcoming CVC Tournament.
Southern Virginia University dropped two spots, to #8, with 171 points. The Cougars are 16-3 overall and close out their regular season against UC Santa Cru and Lancaster Bible this weekend.
Juniata College also moved up two positions in the poll, coming in at #12 with 98 total points. The Eagles are 23-5 this season and will face Wells and Elmira this weekend.
Marymount University is the fourth-ranked team in the conference, placing #13 with 49 points. The Saints are 21-7 overall this season and close out their regular season on Friday against Penn State-Altoona.
The top three spots in the poll remained unchanged with Springfield topping the list at #1, followed by Dominican and Carthage.
